What to Expect
I believe that each person has their own wisdom about what they need in order to overcome challenges and flourish. I will help you clarify what you want and need, and together we will come up with a plan for your therapy. I use many different therapy techniques, and I will advise you about what I think could help you, but ultimately it’s up to you to decide.
Our first visit will involve getting to know each other, completing opening paperwork, discussing payments and/or insurance, and usually an assessment of what is going on with you now and your history. You will have a chance to ask any questions you have about the therapy process, and express any preferences you have about techniques.
